  It was Mum's birthday while they were up in Noosa. We called the restaurant from Melbourne and organised a romantic dinner for 2. The team where so helpful and friendly, i was able to pay for their meal and they even put candles in a slice of cake and sang happy birthday for her. She was so surprised.

  On a quiet lunch with more wait staff on shift than customers, dissappointed that we ordered meal + drinks, yet drink were forgotten. When we requested that they remove the drinks from the order as we were now ready to leave, the waitress simply said "ok" with no attempt at an apology. 3 staff stood behind the bar talking and only came to us when we waved for their attention. This seems to be standard level of service almost everywhere nowadays, young staff don't get the basics of customer service and biz owners don't know how train/coach staff. Food good but it kinda felt overpriced given the poor service
